By downloading or using Distance Measurement ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the Application

Distance Measurement is provided for personal, educational, and professional measurement purposes. The measurements (distance, area, elevation) are mathematical estimations based on GPS coordinates and spherical calculations (WGS84). They should not be used as official surveying legal documents or for safety-critical navigation.

2. In-App Purchases and PRO Features

Certain advanced features, such as elevation profiles and GPX file export/import, may require an optional PRO upgrade. Purchases are processed via Google Play In-App Billing and are subject to Google Play's Terms of Service and refund policies.

3. Intellectual Property

The App, its original design, icons, and software code are the intellectual property of Milleson. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the application without prior written permission.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the application will be error-free or uninterrupted.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the developer be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the application.
